beautiful Britney Spears and Paris Hilton now have even more in common  the hotel heiress and the pop star have topped the "Worst Dressed of Women List" issued annually by Mr. Blackwell.  In his 47th annual list, the former fashion designer called the pair, who became friends on Las Vegas and Hollywood party scene since last year "style-free and fashion deprived."



britney Spears, who famously wore flimsy clothing and no underwear while out partying after her separation from husband Kevin Federline, and Paris Hilton were dubbed the "Screamgirls" and described as "two peas in an over exposed pod.  Some of Blackwell's nastiest words were reserved for Camilla Parker-Bowles, a member of British royal family, who finished No.Two on the list. Linsay Lohan came at number three.



On a kinder note, Blackwell offered his 10 "faboulous fashion independents" - beautiful actresses  Kate Winslet, Helen mirren and Angelina Jolie, singers Beyonce and Barbra Streisand, California Rep. , Princess Charlotte of Monaco, Nancy Pelosi, actresses Marcia Cross model Heidi Klum and Katie Holmes.

Paris Hilton Nose Job

Over the course of her "career" people have always seemed to comment and poke fun at the nose Paris Hilton, often referring to it as a beak or witch nose.

And while those comments may be a bit extreme, there is no doubt that her nose has taken on a different shape, around the time of 2004.

The only clear explanation i can think of is plastic surgery, unless she had a horrible unreported sporting accident of some sort.

But lets be realistic here, the before and after pictures are pretty concrete evidence of a good ol' fashion nose job.
So what do you think about Ms. Paris Hilton? Are we looking at a slam dunk, nose job procedure?

And i also have a feeling this wasn't her only plastic surgery operation...
